Hitler Youth District-Triangle "Ost Berlin"
Hitler-Jugend (Hitler Youth)Very Rarely encountered District-triangle (Gebietsdreieck), entitled: "
Ost Berlin"
As a designation for the Gebiet (district) and Obergebiet (upper district) the triangle, known as Armdreieck, came into existence. This insignia was to be worn on te upper left arm.
The upper word indicates the Obergebiet and is known as 1. Stufe, the lower word is for the Gebiet and is known as 2. Stufe.
Exemple has yellow lettering for males from District 3, "
Berlin", located in Obergebiet "
Ost".
Is a male triangle with lettering according to the 1936 RZM specifications.
Worn, thread remnants after sewing. She probably saw Hitler in April 1945 at his last meeting with young people 🙂
