A Set of 1935 Youth Festival Badge (Jugendfest Abzeichen)
A stamped metal badge with a silver wash, commemorating, as indicated in runic script along each side, the
"Deutsches Jugendfest" for, as indicated along the top, "
1935" A spray of oak leaves are beneath the date and, beneath that, an eagle with the HJ diamond and swastika to its breast rising above the flames of a campfire.
The unmarked revers.
1.) 30×40 mm , horizontal pin-back device.
2.) 32×42 mm , horizontal pin-back device.
3.) 29×40 mm , Type "2" badge being slightly more oval and with a vertical pin-back device (no pin).
