ANNOUNCEMENT!
For the crime under §§ 1 and 2 of the Ordinance on combating attacks against the German work of reconstruction in the General Government of October 2, 1943,
The following persons were sentenced by Special Court with Commander of Security Police and SD. (Kommandeur der Sicherheitspolizei u. des SD) to the death penalty.
Nr. 1-40. Names of hostages – membership in a “terrorist organization” or illegal possession of weapons.
On persons no. 1-4 the sentence has already been executed
Cracow, February 11, 1944.
