This is a nice Hitler funeral sash. It measures approx. 9 Feet in length and is 10 1/2 inches wide. Material is silk/ satin which is typical of these. The roundel is silk as well and the fringe at the end is metal bullion. The original gold lettering has been lost to time but is visible. These funeral sashes were used during funeral and burial services for generals, high political leaders or others with high social or political status that Hitler personally attended.
