Anti-Nazi War Propaganda Leaflet éntitled "Hitlers Free Letter for the SS". A transcription of a supposed secret letter of Hitler. It says: Below is the wording of a secret OKW decree for German officers that were captured in Libya. The decree reflects Hitler’s thoughts on the necessity of the Waffen SS. On the reverse a cartoon mocking SD and SS men.
