Infantry Assault Badge (Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen).The Infantry Assault Badge in bronze was introduced on December 20th 1939 by Generaloberst Walther von Brauchitsch, for award to Officers and EM/NCOs of non-motorized Infantry and Mountain Infantry units.
