Big set of 26 SS-Feldpost letters with matching envelopes ( 2 never unopened letters ! ) sent by Waffen SS Wiking Division soldier. Letters are from early 40’s. Total is 26 correspondence including 2 postcards, 2 unopened letters and 22 letters with envelopes! Werkstatt-Kompanie.SS-Instandsetzungs-Abteilung (Wiking).(8.9.1943-22.4.1944) 22.11.1943 gestrichen, wurde Fp.Nr. 58984.(25.11.1944-8.5.1945) 17.4.1945 Stab u. 1.-4. Kompanie.Pionier-Sperr-Bataillon Politz.Also Feldpostnummer 36479 A.(Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) 3. Kompanie Landesschutzen-Bataillon.XXIV/IV.(2.1.1940-27.4.1940) 3. Kompanie Landesschutzen-Bataillon 374,(1.3.1942-7.9.1942) gestrichen.(12.3.1943-7.9.1943) Stab (= A), 1.-3.Werkstatt-Kompanie (= B-D), Ersatzteil- u. Reifen-Staffel (= E) SS-Instandsetzungs-Abteilung(Division 11), dann Stab u. 1.-3.Werkstatt-Kompanie SS-Instandsetzungs-Abteilung11 (Nordland), (8.9.1943-22.4.1944) 1.3.1944 Stab u. EinheitInstandsetzungs-Abteilung 11 (11. SS-Division).There’ some cases that letters were sent back to the sender because it wasn’t clear where the receiver’s address was.
