Extremely rare, excellent enamel, pin backed and maker marked for Otto Schinkle to reverseThe German Aircraft Reporting Service was formed in 1932 and control was transfered to the Luftwaffe in 1939. Its purpose was to observe and report enemy aircraft movements. The Flugmeldedienst was mostly served by women.
