Gold-plated badge (most likely it is a hat version) from around 1880 of the Association of Imperial, Post and Telegraph Officials (Verbandes der Reichs-, Post-und Telegraphenbeamten).
Gold-plated metal, typical imperial eagle with the imperial crown, in the claws the postal horn.
Badge with a gold finish (85-90% of the finish )
