Certificate for a legionary in the Spanish Volunteer Division.
Commemorative medal for the Spanish volunteers in the fight against Bolshevism.
Form, folded, issued Juli 25, 1943, faximile signature of
Colonel Georg Lindemann.
Most of the members of the "Blue Division" were recalled to their Spanish homeland in late summer 1943.
Only about 3,000 Spanish volunteers continued to fight side by side with their German comrades on the Eastern Front after the official dissolution of the "Blue Division" on October 20, 1943.
Certificate dimensions:approximately 14 x 20 cm
Additional, photocopying of information from the Spanish Ministry of Defense about the owner of the certificate.
