Interesting document which is a reception confirmation of a shipment of drugs to the small Szydlowiec Ghetto, more exactly by the administration of the Jewish hospital outpatient clinic of the Ghetto. Document is written in Polish and it has a nice and rare ink stamp from the Jewish Social Self-Help as well as a signature. Dated in 1941.
