A metal badge with a white enamel and gilt finish.
It takes the form of the Brandenburg gates above the five interlocking Olympic circles, with "1936" to the top of the gates and "XI. Olympiade Berlin" to its base. A horizontal pin-back device is to its reverse. Maker marked: "
Paulmann & Crone Lüdenscheid" and "
Ges. Gesch." ("Gesetzlich Geschützt;" Protected by Law).
