Russian War Propaganda Leaflet About the League of German Officers. Notification About Merging of League of German Officers and National Committee for a Free Germany. The League of German Officers ( BDO ) was formed on 11./12 September 1943 by 95 German officers in the Lunjowo prison camp near Moscow. Shortly after it was founded, the federation was merged with the National Committee for a Free Germany.
