FriedrichA 1936 Frankfurt am Main Reichsnährstands Ausstellung badge; in pressed leather; vertical pin; maker marked DRGM – EO Friedrich – Leipzig” on reverse; measuring 29 mm x 40 mm; mint condition. Footnote: The Reichsnährstand was a government body set up by the German government to regulate food production. It was split into three elements: 1) The Human – responsible for the ideological upbringing and monitoring of children of farmers, 2) The Farm – responsible for the efficient production of food, 3) The Market – responsible for the distribution of food according to supply and demand, as well as the manipulation of prices.
