Nazi Trolly Car Eagle, or Reichspost Eagle. These eagles are pretty awesome and actually rarer than Reichsbahn eagles. They have a 16in wings span and this one is marked W+C. The DRP eagles differ from DRB eagles in design as well, not just size. The most obvious being the feather design and the way the top of the wing is scooped up and out. The eagle was mounted using 4 threaded screw posts, two of which are intact. Very rare eagle and in amazing condition.
