Very rare photo album of a Dutch soldier in the occupied Indonesia during Indonesian National Revolution. Indonesia was once a colony of the Netherlands until 1949, when it was declared independent. In this photo album we can see plenty of photos showing landscapes, local population, military photos, aircrafts, forest and jungle, markets, buildings, etc.Also photo of Sukarno , Sukarno was the leader of the Indonesian struggle for independence from the Dutch Empire. Some photos show soldiers in camouflage uniforms. This album has some few photos missing, but most of them are still glued. All are in very good condition. Also 24 loose photos written on the reverse.
