German Electoral Propaganda Leaflet entitled "Who Gets the State?" and printed by Social Democrats. It talks about a state that gets a lot of money from the taxes to the poor German working class. It attacks communists and other middle-class parties. It has on the reverse a very illustrative cartoon about the excessive taxes paid by the Germans.
