These badges were issued to men who had been drafted or accepted into the military, but not yet inducted into active service. The entire length of this is 19 inches long. On the top is a Wehrfahig tinnie on a ribbon background. Five different color ribbons (colors of German States) extend from the roundel. One has "Lebe wohl du Monika" "Farewell Monika"
