Well-preserved framed picture/contemporary print of the painting by Konstantin Gerhardinger called "Törwang". Paint depicts in a realistic way a NSDAP council meeting in Törwang near Rosenheim, Bavaria. Size is 33cm x 25cm.Constantin Gerhardinger (born July 31, 1888 in Munich , †March 11, 1970 in Törwang ) was a German painter. From 1932 Gerhardinger lived in Törwang, but continued to work in his Munich studio. In the era of National Socialism , first honored in 1938 with the title "Professor" award and in 1939 went up to university teachers at the academy in Munich, is Gerhardinger fell out in 1943 with Adolf Hitler : Due to the hazards caused by the bombing he had decided not to continue his work to make available for exhibitions; henceforth he was considered a defeatist and was no longer allowed to teach.*********** IMPORTANT ********** Shiping from our office in Europe.
