Double sided document signed on reverse by Victor Emmanuele III and Mussolini. Dated 17 November 1927, this seems to be an appointment of a military academy graduate to a regular rank of lieutenant. Large heading on front: Vittorio Emmanuele III per grazie di dio e per volunta della nazione Re d’ Italia. He ruled 1900 to 1946 and appointed fascist leader Mussolini Prime Minister in 1922. CONDITION: Very good. Some administrative routing markings and stamps. Small holes left edge, indicating it was once bound.
